How we process data on this website

Contact
We process the name, email address and message you send to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is your request and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in responding. FormSubmit delivers messages to our Hostinger mailbox. FormSubmit says it retains submissions for 30 days. We retain correspondence as long as needed to handle it and, where relevant, for applicable legal periods.
Updates
If you subscribe, we store your email, language, selected brand and evidence of consent. The legal basis is consent. A confirmation link is required before activation. You can unsubscribe from any email and the address is removed from the list. Unconfirmed requests expire after 48 hours.
Comments and spam protection
If you comment, your chosen name, text and date are displayed publicly. To limit abuse, we store a keyed digest derived from your IP to limit repeated submissions; we do not display or store the IP in the public comment. Comments remain while their page exists or until a removal request is handled. Temporary anti-spam checks expire after 24 hours.
Reactions
Voting creates a functional cookie with a random identifier, valid for 180 days, so this browser can remember and change its vote. We store a keyed digest of that identifier, the rated content, the vote and, for dislikes, the reason and explanation you submit. Counts are not displayed on the page; reasons and explanations are reviewed privately to improve content. Reactions remain while the page exists or until you remove your vote. Keyed IP digests limit abusive submissions. Voting does not request a name or email.
Website measurement
On our own infrastructure, we measure page and article views, approximate active time, scroll depth, featured-link clicks, media opens and form submission attempts by day and page. On page load we also count coarse traffic source (search, social, another site, internal or no referrer), browser, device type and approximate country supplied by Hostinger GeoIP, by brand and page. Events contain no answers or email addresses. The metrics database stores only aggregate totals: no identifiers, IP addresses, full user-agent strings or referring URLs. We respect browser do-not-track signals. Our legal basis is legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site; you can object through the contact form. These metrics use no cookies or browser storage. Totals are kept for 13 months. Hosting may generate separate technical access logs.
Recipients and rights
Hostinger provides hosting and email; FormSubmit delivers contact forms. We do not sell your data. You can request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability where applicable, and withdraw updates consent. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es). International transfers by providers follow their published terms and safeguards.
